Opportunities covering HeathTech, BioTech, RetailTech, EdTech and InsureTech were presented at our most recent pitch and networking evening, highlighting the Technology Revolution we are currently living in.
With such a strong range of businesses, using technology to solve genuine health, lifestyle and educational problems, it was not surprising to see a packed house of around 60 investors in attendance.
Pitching on the night were:
RightIndem – An InsureTech company automating claims processes for some of the World’s largest insurance organisations, to allow settlement of low to mid-value claims within hours.
miiCARE – Dubbed by the NHS, “Alexa for the elderly” and using AI for cutting-edge home-based health care.
What’sInStore – The world’s first AI engine that empowers shoppers to make buying decisions by sending them tailor-made information about products they actually want to hear about.
Perfectly Spoken – A small equity bridging round for an EdTech English Language Teaching Platform, now generating USD $10k monthly recurring revenues (and growing).
Accunea – An Imperial College spinout, with a solution to prevent unnecessary deaths of people on organ donor waiting lists.
If you were unable to attend, you can find out more about the companies on the platform, or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the summaries out to you.
We are looking forward to hosting our next event and presenting our newest cohort of opportunities on the evening of Thursday April 23rd, 2020. We hope to see you there for a night of socialising and networking.
